INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES FOR THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN TEL AVIV

You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Tel Aviv, under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (the “Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) opportunity for the Provision of Security Guard Services for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Tel Aviv.

2             This ITT opportunity contains the following documents:

(a)                 Covering Letter;

(b)                 Form of Tender;

(c)                 Annex A: Instructions to Tenderers;

(d)                 Annex B: Conditions of Contract;

(e)                 Annex C: Form of Agreement;

(f)                  Annex D: Requirement Specifications;

(g)                 Annex E: Tenderer’s Tender Offer; and

(h)                 Annex F: Relevant Forms

3             The Tender Opening Period is as follows:

4             During the Tender Opening Period, there is a compulsory Tender Briefing Session on 12 August 2026 (Wednesday), 1500 hours (Israel Standard Time), held at the Authority’s premises as follows (conducted in English). Tenderers should note that attendance at this session is compulsory and a critical criterion of this ITT, and Tenderers who do not attend this session will not have their submitted Tender Offer further considered by the Authority.

5             Interested Tenderers shall email the Authority at telaviv_procurement@mfa.sg to obtain a set of the ITT documents listed in paragraph 2 above. Please note that your Tender Offer must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITT’s requirements. You are advised to read all the documents carefully in this regard.

6             All submissions must be submitted via hardcopies only in sealed envelopes by the Tender Closing Date and Time stated in paragraph 3 above. No other modes of submission or late submission will be accepted. Please indicate the subject on the envelope as Provision of Security Guard Services for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Tel Aviv.

7             Please note that the Authority is not obliged to accept the lowest priced Tender Offer or any Tender Offer
