Dear Sir/Madam

INVITATION TO QUOTE – PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES FOR THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN TEL AVIV

            You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Tel Aviv, Israel under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the “Provision of Cleaning Services for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Tel Aviv”.

2             Quotation Opening Period:

  • Opening: 26 April 2026 (Sunday)

  • Closing: 18 May 2026 (Monday) at 1600 hours (Israel Standard Time)


3             You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood the following documents which constitute integral components of this quotation and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein: -

(a) Covering Letter

(b) Annex A: Instructions to Potential Suppliers (Quotations);

(c) Annex B: Conditions of Contract (Quotations);

(d) Annex C: Form of Agreement

(e) Annex D: Requirement Specifications;

(f) Annex E: Contractor’s Quotation Proposal; and

(g) Annex F: Security Forms consisting of:

(i)     Annex F1: Company Information Form

(ii)    Annex F2: Personal Particulars Form


4          Interested vendors shall email to telaviv_procurement@mfa.sg to obtain a set of the quotation documents. Any enquiries regarding the specifications may be made no later than 48 hours before the closing date.


5          The Authority will be conducting a Compulsory Quotation Briefing Session on Thursday, 30 April 2026. The details including registration deadline are stated in Annex D: Requirement Specifications.


6          Quotation must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITQ. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITQ before submitting your Quotation.


7            All submission bids must be submitted via electronic email only by the Quotation Closing Date and Time to: telaviv_procurement@mfa.sg. Please indicate the email subject as Provision of Cleaning Services for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Tel Aviv.
